Charity!
I love doing things for charity and I'm actually sad to say, that I haven't participated in actually charity events in a while.  So this year I am participating in the American Heart Association Start! Heart Walk.  It is a 5K walk starting at the new ONEOK Baseball Field.  We will walk through all through historic downtown Tulsa.

I have set a personal goal to raise funds that are needed for critical cardiovascular disease research and education. My goal is $200.

As the No. 1 killer in the U.S. and even the world, cardiovascular diseases impact millions of families, friends and loved ones. I personally know several family and friends who are living with heart diseases.  You can help me by making a donation. You can visit my Personal Page where you can make a secure, tax-deductible online donation or by clicking on the widget on this blog.
