It's another crazy stormy night in Oklahoma again. Mike was out at softball that got cancelled, so he and the boys found a place to watch the Thunder/Mavs Game. I just don't see how our OKC Thunder didn't pull it off tonight! But oh well. So while he was out and about, I made my way out and about chasin some spring storms! I got a few good ones I liked out of a lot that I took. I love lightening photography, but it is so hard to get!
So with multiple stops off the highway here are the ones I like...

Well there ya have it! My lightening pictures. The anticipation is so much fun and then when you get a worthy keeper it's an amazing feeling! I have to say there were a couple times, that I missed some AWESOME bolts, that really scared me and I wish I had a picture of my face because it would've been a sight to see!
Well, I've slacked again on 365, and it will probably be a while before they are up. I'm going to ALASKA in 3 DAYS!!! I'm so excited, I have so much to do and then get packed, it's gonna be a crazy next couple of days. For my trip to see a bestie, Julie, I've rented the Sigma 10-20mm lens. It's a super wide angle lens, so I'm excited to play around with it and hopefully come home with some great pictures to share. I also ordered a new Memory Card that will hopefully hold a lot of picture for me. That should get here tomorrow and my lens should get here on Wednesday and then I leave on Thursday.

I LOVE these! You are much braver than I will ever be-- I'm so scared of lightening. :) Enjoy your trip to Alaska and I hope the lens works out for you!
